Curated Trailmixes

One of the best and easiest ways to get Salesforce content into your classroom is by using Trailhead! Trailhead is Salesforce's online learning platform - making it fun to learn! Trailhead is bite-sized, online, and completely free.

With over 700 modules of content, looking at Trailhead can be a bit overwhelming – so we're here to help. Check out these curated trailmixes covering everything from introductions to Salesforce, to soft-skills like storytelling, to career prep and more. What are Trailmixes?

Remember that mixtape you made back in the day or that streaming media playlist you created just last week? How fun is it when you get to personalize your music however you want? What if you could do the same for your learning path on Trailhead? Luckily, trailmixes offer you the same power to curate a playlist of Trailhead content so that you or any of your fellow Trailblazers can choose your own learning adventure. Trailmixes

One of the most common questions we hear from educators is 'Which content is right for me?'. To help, we've curated Trailhead content based on learning objectives, roles, and more. Remember, these are starting points – from these examples, you can pick the content that matches what you are teaching, what you want your students to take out of the course, and what fits. We're constantly adding and updating this list to make sure it's as relevant as possible for you.

Make Your Own Trailmixes

To create a trailmix, follow these easy steps:
1. In the Trailhead menu, click the Trailmix tab. Note: You need to log in to Trailhead before creating or following any trailmixes.
2. Click Create a trailmix, and you're off to the races!
3. Enter a Name and Description. Optionally, you can edit the URL for your trailmix. Click Next.
4. Populate your trailmix with the recommended content, or you can find your own content later in the process. Click Save.
5. In order for your students to see the trailmix, you'll need to make it public. Be sure to click the Share button and change the selection from You (Private) to Everyone (Public). 6. To add content to your trailmix, navigate to any trail, module, project, or superbadge tile, then click + to add that content to an existing trailmix.
